Sport for Life

Kristen Harrott, Executive Director of the Pacific Sport Northern BC Centre at UNBC presented a combination of short videos and slides regarding the exciting Sport for Life programs available to children age 3 to 12, youth age 13 to 18 and adults. The Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre at UNBC is linked with Canadian Sport Centres to provide well designed and controlled programs for people of all ages in our community.
Thank you Kristen for a very informative presentation.
