Traditionally, Rotary East's Antique Show offers a guest speaker the morning of opening day and this year is no different.   Past speakers have offered topics that offer their expertise on antiques and estate sales.  The show has also had speakers presenting on etiquette and other interesting topics.  This year the Show is proud to offer Guest Speaker Kristina Evey with Centric Strategies (www.centricstrategies.com). Kristina delivers information that shows companies and their staff on how to improve upon customer service (ultimately improving customer retention and their bottom lines) by teaching techniques on "Focusing on the Customer".  The title of her presentation at this year's Show is called:  Turn Your Words Into Profit. 

This is a great opportunity to do some business on the weekend by inviting a business partner, client or someone from your own staff.  It is also a way for businesses to thank their best clients by gifting them tickets to the presentation.  Enjoy and reap the knowledge Kristina has to offer in this 45 minute presentation.  Saturday, June 13th, starting at 9am.  A Show ticket must be purchased to enter the presentation and tickets are $7 per person.  Checks may be written to Rotary East Charities a 501 3-c.
