It's our belief that the club's business must be conducted openly and in full view of the membership whenever possible.

The Board of Directors works very hard to balance the right of club members to know what their elected leaders are doing against the need of the board to be able to discuss sensitive matters candidly in closed session.   The particular, narrowly-construed circumstances under which a meeting may be held in closed session are clearly spelled out in our by-laws, a copy of which is posted in the Downloads portion of this website.

Members of the club are welcome to attend all meetings of the board, the times and locations of which are posted at the Events tab above.
