We have switched to a new speaker scheduling process. Speakers are now arranged for by the membership as a whole. We are divided in to teams, and each team is responsible for providing the speakers for a calendar month.

Your month and team are indicated below. During your month, you are responsible for the following:

• Check the speaker schedule and make sure you do not schedule conflicts with pre-existing club arrangements
  
• Provide a complete speaker/topic schedule. Due to the president by 1st Tuesday of the preceding month.
  
• Ensure that the website speaker schedule is filled in. Send updates to the calendar team (currently Joanne, Genny and Avram) as soon as you have them.
  
• Manage the invocation, pledge and song assignments for each meeting.

Most months include topics for which some work has already been done to arrange a speaker. You may choose the dates for those topics. If you wish to cancel a topic entirely, please coordinate with the vice president.

In determining topics, remember that many members are due for a classification talk.
