Ironman 2010 was a great success thanks to the efforts of over 90 volunteers--40 of whom were Rotarians.It was a great social event and showcases the fun that we have as a Rotary Club. Special thanks to co-captain Katie Burke.

In December a challenge was made by Club Sparta, Tenn, USA, that their
member Charles Robinson born in 1918 was the most mature active
Rotarian in Canada and the U.S.A. In a recent reply the Rotary Club of
Carlsbad Hi-Noon claimed to have an older Rotarian Jim Smith born
earlier in 1918. We in the Coeur d'Alene Club (Idaho) must set the
record straight as to the most mature active Rotarians.
