Boise Southwest sponsors Whittier School 3rd graders in a program at the YMCA each month. Whittier teachers appreciate our club's support in providing this opportunity for unique activities enhancing students self esteem and building character.

DOUBLETREE RIVERSIDE, 2900 CHINDEN BLVD, will be our NEW LOCATION effective February 3, 2010. Wednesday meeting times remain the same --- 12 Noon to 1:15pm. This marks a return to the Riverside location where our club met for many years in the 90's.

As we enter the New Year, we recall the activities of the past six months which so many of our Rotary members particpated in with their time and talents...Here's just a few---MSTI Holiday food/gift baskets, Whittier School Christmas Lunch and the Learn-to-Swim program at the YMCA, Food Bank sorting, Santa Paws, Boise Rescue Mission food donations and sorting, Rake-Up Boise, and the Dictionary Program for area third grade students. 
Thanks to all Rotarians who demonstrated "Service above Self" with their support of these programs, and we're looking forward to more in 2010!
