Just wanted to give you a quick report on yesterday's recognition of Miss Tilly for her abundance of work in our community thru the NBVC Military Family Food Fund. 

Even though there were only sixteen club members in attendance, we managed to fill half the room with a few visiting Rotarians, plus six Seabees from the base who accompanied Miss Tilly and her friend to the meeting, and two special friends of ours Norm Lueck and Jim Losey, Sr., both vets who have worked with Tilly over the years.

For the just ended Rotary year (over at June 30) we received from the district the award for Vocational Service for medium club.
Thanks for the vocational service chair and all the ones involved in the projects.
