Phoenix Arcadia Helps Raise Funds

$15,000 will help save the lives of three more children that was raise during the 2009 Dry Heat Classic. Mr. Currens thanked Rotarians and Gift of Life-AZ Board Members for their support with the golf tournament and show. He noted that the Golf Tournament and All-Star Comedy and Variety Show is reaching sell out capacity,and that they will need more Rotarian help at the next Dry Heat that will be held July 29 - 31, 2010 at The Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale..In accepting the donation,in August, the 13th Annual Dry Heat Classic Golf Tournament and All-Star Comedy and Variety Show was held by The Michael Finney Foundation with the proceeds being distributed to Gift of Life-AZ and local Arizona children charities. Paint A Thon a Big Success

A great group of Rotarians came and painted Mrs. Woods home. We got to work painting and completed the entire home in under 4 hours! Mrs. Woods made us homemade cookies and said "we can come back and paint anytime!!" More...
