Rotarians:

Planning is underway for the 80^{th anniversary gala on February 27th.}

We need a little bit of help in putting some final touches to the evening:

1. Someone to help out with the small Silent Auction that will be held.

2. Someone to go to the Rancho Park, Latinos Unidos, and Playa-Venice Club to extend a personal invitation to attend the Gala. (Culver City sponsored these Clubs into Rotary) It would be a make-up!

These are the "hardest jobs.

3. The easy things include bringing an item worth no more than $25 before February 24th to a meeting.

4. Show up on February 17th for the meeting. We will be taking a new "Club Photo". Past presidents need to come, too as we will take separate photos of you by the Decade (1980's, 1990's, etc) for the souvenir program.

5. Any contribution that you feel you could make to the Silent Auction worth between $75 and $100 (or give the name of someone that I could contact that would be willing to make a donation).

6. Anyone willing to sponsor with a dedication, an advertisement etc., in the program book. Could be anywhere from $25 to $100 (full page).

7. Someone willing to help out hospitality with the family of Rotary with widows of deceased Rotarians, if needed (i.e. Transportation).
