Dear Brothers and Sisters in Rotary:
First let me thank you for the opportunity to serve you and the RCH this year as your president. It is an honor to be a part of such a dedicated and talented group of leaders.
This August 26th, our club will be officially 100 years old and it is a great time to be part of the RCH. We have so many exciting events and projects ahead. On August 24th, 2012, we will celebrate our club’s Centennial Birthday at the Rice Hotel. On September 27th, 2012, the RCH will be honored at the All Club Meeting with the attendance of Rotary International President Sakuji Tanaka. December 4th - 6th, 2012 will be the Rotary Lombardi Award events. We are also still committed to our ongoing projects such as: the Jesse H. Jones Rotary House International, Books for the World, Camp Enterprise, youth projects, international projects and more. Chairpersons from each of these projects are committed and looking forward to your help in making each of these projects a great success.
So what would you like to be involved in? How would you like to serve your community? What are your ideas? Together we can make this an exemplary year of “Service Above Self”.
