"A day in life of a dairy farmer who milks 3,100 Holsteins 3 times a day." | | | | George Kasbergen, whose name means "mountain of cheese" owns and manages Stone Ridge Dairy located 5 miles north of Mansfiel, IL. This dairy farm is the largest one in Illinois. Mr. Kasbergen deals with many challenges, such as health standards, production of methane to name a few.
