| Windy Row Learning Center is an non-profit tutoring program for dyslexic and/or dyscalculia children. Classes take place at the Altemont Lodge on Union Street. It was established in 2003 and is a one-to-one program for students from kindergarten to grade 10. Dyscalculia is similar to dyslexic in that both involve nonverbal learning disorders. In dyscalculia, children cannot understand the relationship between or sequencing of numbers. |
