"Moderate and Affordable Housing for St. Helena" | | | | OUR TOWN ST. HELENEA was founded in 2009 as an advocacy group to encourage affordable housing in St. Helena . It was inactive for a time awaiting the acceptance of the 2030 General Plan. When an opportunity on Pope Street arose and the group was rekindled. The program will inform us concerning the opportunities available and solicit ideas.
