Asian Entrepreneur of Year: Rotarian Trung Doan
	Congratulations to Flag Program Director Trung Doan of Studio Red Architects, named Asian Chamber of Commerce 2010 Entrepreneur of Year! ABC13 Visions program featured the honorees Apr 10 - click video.
In April of last year, Trung's StudioRED Architects opened its third and newest office in Ho Chi Minh City, and Trung just returned from his latest trip there in March. (See related Bulletin Story). His four year-old firm has been responsible for such recent worship, retail and theater Houston projects as Lakewood Church, the Blue Martini night clubs, HBU's Cultural Arts Center, and the new A.D. Players theater. According to founding partner Doan, 'With the expanding market in Vietnam, we saw an opportunity to bring our specialized design expertise in master planning of large complex projects for mixed-use, healthcare, commercial, assembly, retail and entertainment to this market. It was also close to my heart since I was born and spent my early childhood in Viet Nam and had returned in the late 90's for a Fulbright Fellowship after completing my post-graduate work in the United States.' StudioRed also was named 'Best Church Architect' by Worship Facilities Magazine for their work on the Fellowship of The Woodlands campus.
