CHERAZARD HONORED AS ROTARIAN OF YEAR
	President Byron Holloway named Surpris Cherazard as our 2010 Rotarian of the Year for his contributions to the people of Haiti. Congratulations to Surpris and his wife Marlene for the outstanding example set! Rotarian Surpris 'walks the walk' idealized by Rotary's Service Above Self motto and has been tireless in his efforts to provide relief for the Haitian people in the wake of the earthquake, both with hands-on work with Bellaire Rotary's water projects there and with non-stop local appearances & fundraising.
