Adopted Nursing Home Brightened by Flowers
	Color, fragrance, and bouquets of smiles accompanied Rotary's delivery of dozens of bunches of flowers to the Com For Care Nursing Home during the first week in August. Several residents who were unable to speak due to stroke-paralysis tapped their hearts and lips, as their eyes filled with tears of pleasure. What a privilege to brighten elderly lives in this way! Flower deliveries are part of Bellaire/SW Houston's GENERATIONS PROJECT, which will field a Grandparents Day Party for our adopted nursing home on September 9th (sign up online to participate!). Flowers are made available through our club's community partnership with The Flower Foundation.
