1) Foundation: Marg reported that Hammond Transportation has made a significant donation of $447.00 from the War Horse event, in spite of it not being profitable for them. Thank You.

2) Public Relations: Angela reported that Marianna had done the research on T-shirts and the vote was for polo shirts. They will be $40.00 payable with your order. Next week we will have the colour selection to look at.

3)Community Projects:                     

a)The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muskoka were presented with a cheque for $5000.00 to assist in their operations this year. Jennifer Jackson spoke briefly about the programme.

b)The YWCA Moose-Deer Point “Girls Unplugged programme was given a cheque for $2100.00 so they could run this programme this year. Jen Starratt and Molly Ross were on hand for that.
