| The winner was Liz Sell of Patsy's Place. This business stood out for excellent service, truthful advice, nothing being too much trouble and much more. Liz thanked the Belmont Business Association, the Rotary Club of Belmont and her staff. She said the business had been there for 25 years and she had been there for 15 years. |
