Today's meeting was hosted by the Morrison family at the Best Western Otonabee Inn.We welcomed Maryke Savenije from South Africa who the club hosted as our Youth Exchange student in 1985.Maryke sat a table with her host families Pete & Chick MacLoghlin, Ivan & Pat McCully, Don & Marilyn White,& Gordon & Elizabeth Powell.Maryke presented Pres Paul with a banner from the Rotary club in her home town. Mo Cox & his El Salvador team had on their new blue T-shirts. They leave Monday Nov 3 on their mission to disribute 1000 whellchairs.Gary & Eleanor Humphreys hosted a fantastic tequila tasting evening on Sat for the Coyles & their guests who had bid on this event at the 2007 Rotary auction.Remember to support Jon Bryan's committee by attending the comedy fest this Sat Nov 1at Showplace.Gord Regts needs 15 voulunteers to erect the gift shop at the Festival of Trees on Sunday Nov 23 at 8:00 pm.
