Rotary Meeting, July 21, 2009

	The following is a brief summary from our July 21, 2009 meeting
The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag. Jerry did the invocation. Visiting Rotarians were Art Aldrich from the Pearl River Club and Judy Martin from the Nyack Club. We sang Happy Birthday to Laura Geberth (July 27th). RYLA participant Olga Zubashko will be invited to attend an upcoming meeting to share her experiences. Allan did a stellar job of coaxing Happy Dollars from everyone. The Business Meeting followed. Key aspects were: Handout of the program calendar Handout of Officers/Service Responsibilities Review of Goals Tom presented the Club Runner web site program. The Club voted unanimously to utilize this service. *Various projects and fundraising activities were discussed. Updates will be provided at the July 28th meeting. Judy Martin's number was pulled for the 50/50. She drew the King of Hearts. Jim
