| This Olympic event of choral music will bring about 20,000 participants and tens of thousands visitors from more than 60 countries to our great city. It will be the largest and most significant international arts event in our history. Singing and show choirs will include barbershop, folklore, jazz, pop, gospel and spiritual. There are also several "Friendship concerts," free shows, scheduled for city streets, public squares and parks.
The World Choir Games needs you. Visiting one of the many venues of the Choir Games is just one of the areas where you can come and welcome participants from around the world. You will be seeing the best of the best. The Cincinnati community will also need 4,000 to 5,000 volunteers to help in many different capacities. The Cincinnati Rotary Club will be coordinating the District's volunteer effort for this event. More updates to follow.
