It was a great day with over 35 people interested in learning more about Rotary, Rotary International and the Mason Deerfield club.

With the Chairman Rick Parker leading the way, we had a very special day. Cletis Jackson talked about our club's history and how we got started. Norma Berry talked about the different classifications or professions that make up membership of Rotary as well as Rotary International. Denny Riedmiller talked about what our club has done in the ways of community projects and social activities. Gary Griessmann talked briefly about membership and how to join. Barb Kroll talked about the financial costs of Rotary and being a member of our club. Mike Kelly talked about what he has personally gotten out of Rotary and what others may obtain as well.
A special thanks to all our club members and guests who helped make this first event a success to spring us into growth and prosperity of the future.
