It's been 50 years!

The Libertyville Noon Rotary Club will celebrate 50 years of service to the community on September 6, 2012 starting 6PM followed by dinner 7PM at the Forge Club.  Cost of the dinner $25 per person, payable by cash or check at the door.  Please contact Sandi Snell at 847-362-2010 or email  sandiflorist@gmail.com if you would like to attend.

The Noon Club has three projects in honor of our 50th Anniversary.  At this time the Club is focused on helping youth, w e sponsor two students at St. Martin De Porres High School in Waukegan.  Amputees are helped through our partnership with ROMP (Range of Motion Project).  A scholarship program is being started with the Northeast ILL. Boyscout Council to assist underprivileged boys attend summer camps. 


Our club is looking into moving our lunch meetings to Cafe Pyrenees at the corner of highways 21 and 137.  A "try-out" lunch for the Board will take place on Thursday 10/4 at 12 noon.  All members are invited.  That evening will be our regular Forge meeting at 6pm.
