(REDONDO BEACH) August 31, 2009 -- I don't know about you but I keep running across the raffle tickets for the Paul Harris celebration.  Each time I see them I think to myself- "I should just pay for them and get them out of the way.'  Then I look at what it takes to fill them out … I then realize that I am just procrastinating doing the inevitable.  I know I am going to buy them.  I am going to fill them out.  So why not just do it now?
