A huge thank you to our gifted Club Fundraising Chair Wendy Clifford for managing the 4th annual Wilshire Rotary Pumpkin Patch. It is a tough job to organize this fundraising event and Wendy made selling 20,000 pounds of pumpkins look so easy.
Thank you to the Wilshire Rotarians who volunteered their time and salesmanship talents selling pumpkins to raise money for the Wilshire Rotary Foundation and The Rotary Foundation. Thank you also to Kari Clifford, Eric Clifford, and James Gips who stepped-in to work the pumpkin patch on the days when we were short-handed.
All there is left are bales of hay and lonely scarecrows!
Wendy will announce how much money we raised as soon as she finshes counting the cash so be sure to attend the next club meeting to find out.
