Our own club's Katie Rozniak did double duty as greeter and speaker today. Katie is HUD-certified to help prevent foreclosures. People don't have to wait until they are about to lose their home to get assistance from Katie at SW Michigan Neighborhood Housing Services. She noted a recent change in the laws which provides a 14 day notice and could provide up to 90 more days to work out a solution. Contact her at 269.277.5830 or katie@knhs.org.
