| Ad Hoc Committee on Strategy Sets Stage for Future |

Club Assembly - Brian Saxton reported on the work of an committee that consisted of approximately one-third of the club, including our next three presidents. The committee involved a broad cross section of community partners in a dialog about the areas of joint interest. Brian used a classic business analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, or SWOT for short. After analyzing the results the committee recommends the following initiatives for Sunrise Rotary:
Increase collaboration with Boys and Girls Club and Countryside Academy
Expand third grade dictionary project
Contribute to parenting programs
Spend more on younger ages
Brian promised a full report in the near future.
