| Welcome to Rotary!. Past District Governor Dr. Garbis Der Yeghian, Past President Richard Diradourian, and Rotarian Gabriel Matta greet each other before breakfast. Dr. Yeghian discussed the importance of Rotary peace initiatives, including sharing his role as invited speaker to numerous Rotary conferences held in Armenia and Turkey, emphasizing that it is only with Rotary that a higher value can be added to serving the needs of the world above the individual needs of countries or interests. Dr. Garbis challenged us to reconsider our priorities and put world peace as a top priority, from that other needs will and can be met. |
