The Rotary Club of Newberg Early Birds sponsor holiday food boxes for several area families each year for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Local households are recommended by a local nonprofit service agency such as Love INC, YCAP, the local food bank FISH, or an area church.

Club members met at Naps Supermarket the Saturday before Thanksgiving and selected ingredients for Thanksgiving dinner for each family. year for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

We monopolized a check stand line, and then delivered the food to each household. The was a great even for member's children and grandchildren to participate in.
