On April 8th, Carrollton Dawnbreakers Rotary Club Past President Renee Keener introduced James (Jimmy) Tarvin, Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) with GBI; Identity Theft Unit. Tarvin spoke to the club about how the GBI works to prevent identity theft and offered advice on personal identity protection.
