SAMPLE DIET

BREAKFAST-

Cooked Oatmeal Porridge (no sugar/ low fat milk), Dark Cocoa with Sweet and Lo, Fresh Orange Juice (High Pulp), Whole Wheat Toast (no butter) OR a Bagel/Lox/Cream Cheese, decaf Coffee (no sugar or cream)

LUNCH-

Green Arugula/Spinach Salad (Vinegar and Olive Oil dressing), Pasta Pomodoro or Veal/Chicken Picata and Brown Rice, Glass of Barolo wine

DINNER-

Greek Salad (Lemon Juice and Olive Oil Dressing), Poached or Baked fresh (line caught not farmed, cold-water) Red Salmon,

Broccoli or Brussel Sprouts, Green Tea and Fresh Blackberry

Compote (with sugar substitute) and a glass of Port wine or Sherry

(1500 kCal, 1500mg Sodium, Low Fructose, Low Phosphorous, Hi-Fiber, High polyunsaturated fat, high polyphenol/flavonol, high anti-oxidant diet)
