Hello,

Welcome to a rare two week edition of the Rotary Rocket.  As the author (me), was out of town last week, I was unable to create the weekly story.

Our main speaker on Oct 20th was Gary Rosen, of WCRN 830am radio, the RAVE (Rosen and Vecchio Experience).  Former teacher, school committee member and city councilor Rosen discussed education, and current local issues and the upcoming municipal election.

Dr. Alison Terry, a former Rotary Club member who recently moved to Worcester selected the lucky ticket, and the guest speaker won! 

Chris Crowley of Polar Beverages was fined for a telegram article, and explained some of his innovations to reduce health care costs.

Great fellowship followed the meeting

Oct 27th - Worcester Sharks, led by Kristyn Galante and Michael Mudd (President of the Worcester Sharks!)

Kristyn and Michael talked about all the community outreach done by the Sharks, and a lively discussion ensued regarding fighting in a family-friendly sport of hockey.
