THANK YOU to Cupertino Rotary!

This next Wednesday, a check for $22,500 will be presented to Eno Schmidt, President of the Cupertino Library Foundation, and members of the Library Staff. The Cupertino Library Teen Room Enhancement was the named beneficiary of our Club's 2009 Golf Tournament. In addition, funds have been secured from Friends of the Library and the Cupertino Library Foundation, and HBSC Bank to make up the majority of the $180,000 project budget. Additional fundraising is still in process.

As you can see from the photo, volunteers of the Library Teen Room have participated in picking the new color pallet for the room. Some of the current collection has been relocated to re-arrange the room, and furniture will be ordered in the next week or so. Excitement is building...they expect a special event in the March timeframe. Cupertino Rotarians will all be invited.
