| CREF By-Laws Change- Come and Vote on May 16 |

 The Board of Directors of Cupertino Rotary Endowment Foundation (CREF) has recommended that the CREF annual meeting take place on the third Wednesday in June, rather than in July. This will allow its directors and officers to take office on July 1, to coincide with the Rotary Club officers’ and directors’ terms.
The CREF Board has also suggested that the director term limits be clarified. Under the present bylaws a director may not serve more than 3 successive terms. The Board of Directors has recommended that twelve months must elapse before a termed out director may go back on the board.
A proposed bylaws change will be presented to the Club on May 16 to carry out these two changes. Please be sure to attend and vote.
