The Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga was recognized by the Rancho Cucamonga City Council and Mayor at the December 17th City Council Meeting for donating $50,000 to the Library for a quiet reading room

| Past presidents Mike Cobb, Diane O'Neal and Bill Roman, along with current president Joe Bert, were on hand to present the final $10,000 check for the Rotary Reading Room. The Rotary Reading Room is located in the new Library at the Victoria Gardens Mall. The commitment to fund this project was made by Ed Biebrich and his board of directors to coincide with Rotary International's centennial celebration. Andrea Shields, a past president of our club, was instrumental in getting the project going but she was not able to attend the presentation. |
