December 1st Meeting
The prayer will be led by Linda Lynch
The Pledge and 4-Way Test will be led by Connie Mauney
Our speaker for December 1st will be Carla Arnette, Youth Advisory Council Coordinator for the United Way of Williamson County. The YAC is dedicated to empowering youth to make their own decisions, help
out their community and take an active role in their own lives.
The group focuses on leadership, civic responsibilities and self
determination. Criteria for membership: High School students 9-12th
grade with the desire to make a difference.
Also, a few notes for this week:
1. After this week's meeting we
will be packing boxes to send to our adopted 101st soldiers in
Afghanistan. If we have enough help, it should take less than 30
minutes easy.
2. This Saturdy is shopping day at the Cool Springs Wal Mart
for the Baptist Children's Home. This is a good chance to do something
nice for the holidays while also getting a Rotary make-up for those of
you who need one (and there are few of you that need one!!)
