At our December 14 lunch meeting, the Event Management Team will describe the various tasks that will need to be completed, with the full engagement of Club members, in order for the 2012 Rotary Club of Sooke Auction and Spring Fair to be a resounding success.

Please have a look at the attached table before the meeting so that we can have a good discussion of our major annual fundaising project.  It would be much appreciated if you would consider which task(s) you would like to undertake in the months ahead.   

The objective of the Auction and Spring Fair is not only to raise money for the many good causes we support locally and internationally, it is also to strengthen the team spirit within our Club and to increase our profile within our community.
