July 1 onwards....
Our Rotary E- Club of District 3150 [comprising 93 Rotary Clubs in Andhra Pradesh, India] has been given a Provisional Club status on 1st July, 2010. The Rotary International District Governor Rtn.Rajyalakshmi Vadlamani signed the initial documents during her installation speech as District Governor for the Rotary Year [July 2010 to June2011] at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. This glittering event was hosted by the District Governor's home club Rotary Club of Guntur Aadarsh - the only all ladies club in the District which has also sponsored our Club.

The Rtn Raji [ District Governor] declared the Rotary
E-Club of District3150 as provisional club by handing over the
folder containing Survey Report, New Club Application, Declarations
etc., to Rtn. Hari Krishna Ch, the District
Secretary and Governor's Special Representative appointed to charter
our new club, Rtn.Sunita Mattupalli & Rtn. Sita Ch sponsoring Club President & Secretary respectively. Rtn. Raghu Babu, Secretary of our Club accompanied me to attend this event. Please view the photos in the photo journal from Home page.
The District administration has forwarded the set of documents [42 pages
includes data of 25 Charter Members] to Rotary International via RI
South Asia office in New Delhi.
We are looking forward for addmission of our
Club as Member in Rotary International.
