Event Detail:	Youth Exchange Program - outbound briefing for 2010. About 90 odd students, parents, district committee etc will be in attendance. Program at Torquay College will run on Saturday and Sunday. Rotary dinner meeting on Saturday evening at the Torquay bowls club.
