Our 17th annual Care For Kids Golf Classic is set for Monday, July 20, 2009 at beautiful Spanish Hills Golf & Country Club. The tournament will directly benefit Casa Pacifica, an emergency shelter and residential treatment facility for abused, abandoned, neglected or at-risk children and their families, as well as many local children's charities supported by the Rotary Clubs of Camarillo. Our Hap Rapp Memorial Track Meet on May 2nd was a long day in the cold and wind, but much appreciated by the hundreds of kids and parents who
attended.
Congratulation to Meet Chair Dave Drumright for another successful
event, and thanks to all the Rotarians and other volunteers who helped
make the day go smoothly.
