Rotary Early Birds Club has committed to delivering dinner is for 12 people to the Newberg Homeless Shelter the first Tuesday every month. Our Rotary club reimburses members for $60 per dinner, and club members provide labor to create the meals.

Each month 3 club members are needed for the following responsibilities:

1. Determine the menu for a balanced meal, including a dessert;
2. Can cook together or deliver the dishes separately, each month's team decides how they want to do it;
   
3. Cook and deliver the dinner (including milk) by 6 PM the first Tuesday of each month.

Reimbursement process: Submit receipts to the club Treasurer. The reimbursed amount will not exceed $60/dinner.
