A policy for payment of luncheon meals for guests was approved by the Board of Directors on July 14, 2009. The policy is to be kept in the cash box for reference.
Guest Meal Payment Policy
• If a Rotary member invites a guest, then the member pays for the lunch. If invited again as a prospective member, then the guest can receive one free meal ticket. Meal tickets will be available upon request from the president.
• Invited speakers - Rotary club pays.
• Unsolicited outside speakers are required to pay for their own lunch.
