Doug Eastwood, the City of Coeur d Alene's Park's Director visited our Club today to share with us all the happenings that have been going on around the McEuen Park Proposed project. Doug asked us to wait for questioning untill after his presentation was complete because if we wait ,we will probably hear our answer....and he was right. Doug gave us a really thourough snap shot of the proposed changes to the park area. The 15 acre park would be totally renovated including several new and exciting changes to the park that would also include closing parts of front street to accomadate the changes. The baseball fields would be relocated and several of these proposed changes are scheduled as a phased in and not included in the intial funding.
