We wish to notify you of the posting of a Public Relations Plan for Champaign West Rotary that is available for your convenience on the rotary website.  Click on this story heading or go to "View Club Documents" under "My ClubRunner" on the Admin page to read the plan.  The PR plan is posted under the name "2008 Public Relations Plan" in Club Documents.  A form has been created to assist you in gathering information for your request.  It is called "Public Relations Support Request."

Mission:

The Public Relations Committee supports the development and execution of communications strategies that seek to secure appropriate and highly visible publicity for the activities of Rotary International and Champaign West; the PR Committee is a resource available to all Champaign Rotary West Committees and members.

• Access to media contacts
• Support development of committee specific PR plans
• Communication link to members and other clubs
• Maintain contact with Champaign West Board
