$9,201 in checking, pending/budgeted outlays,
$500 WSU Library, $25 Read-for-Life.

The district is going through a financial audit.
Community Service & Club Service - Chud Wendle
·
Boy Scouts Troup #444 is elevating two scouts to
the rank of Eagle Scout. Chud and Glenn Johnson will be representing our club at this event, to be
held on December 21.
·
The fundraiser, "Cure Polio One Step At A
Time" kicks-off at the first of the year. Mary Hoffman will coordinate this event for our club.
·
The Treble Triad will be performing at
Wednesday's meeting. The club will have
a small gift for each member of the choir.
·
We will begin having a member designated at the
"greeter" for each meeting.
·
Spaghetti Feed - the club is soliciting a chair
for this event. Debi will call
Lincoln Middle School to determine availability in April.
Public Relations - Kathleen

New Years Eve Gala - Sandra was able to facilitate cards inserted into the city’s
monthly garbage billing envelopes to advertise this event. Kathleen
has been coordinating the radio advertising with John Carson at the radio
station.
International - John
Brewer

The Honduran money is due in January; $80 per
child. There may be an offer to our
general membership to give individual sponsorships for the Honduran kids.
New Generation - Debi
Dockins
·
Rotaract involvement in our club was discussed. Our
club involvement is waning at the moment.
Debi is hopeful to
reinvigorate our members toward Rotaract and new generations of Rotarians.
We have two new members, Jeff Pope and David Seamans. Frank Maryott and Mark Leper are considering
membership, too.
Officer nominations were discussed; Rich has declined the offer of Vice-President. Consequently the club is still looking for a
Vice-President for the upcoming year.
The meeting adjourned @ 8 am. The next meeting will be January 13, 2012, 7
am, Daily Grind - city center.
