Ethics was the topic of discussion at this week's Monroe Rotary meeting.

Jim Altiere introduced Jeffrey Collins who presented the program. Mr. Collins, a former US Attorney, Michigan Court of Appeals Judge and current partner in Collins and Collins, PC in Detroit, shared his thoughts on building ethical leaders. Among his suggestions were acknowledging others, asking their opinion, celebrating their talents, delivering bad news in person, showing your concern for others and working as a team. If you invest in people, they will feel that they have a stake in the outcome.
