We're pleased to announce the following new features that will automatically show up on your ClubRunner website:
Report your next year executive without deleting the current year
Added details in the attendance reporting: New members this month and terminated members
How To Report Next Year's Executives
Note: To report executives, you will need to have Club Executive (Level 50) access rights on your club site.
Login to either your District or Club website, and go to the Admin page.
Click on the Define Next Year's Executives link.
A. B.
This is how the link will appear in a) the District site or b) your Club site.
You will see a list of executive positions that are currently filled this year.
To assign a member to that position for next year, click on Select.
Choose the member's name from a list of all members in your club.
Press Save.
Now when the new year starts, the push of a button will move all the next year positions into the current year, and all
your mailing lists and pages on your website will be updated.
Changes To Monthly Attendance Report
Reporting attendance can be done in 2 ways: through your club website, or directly onto your district website.
If your club does not have a ClubRunner site, you can still report attendance onto the district site.
The Input Attendance Screen
You will notice that on the Input Attendance screen for your club, you will now see two new input fields: New
Members this month, and Terminated Members. These must be filled in, but they are defaulted to 0.
Now, when the district prints up the report for all the clubs, these 2 new pieces of information will be included,
including a year to date net gain/loss for your club, and a monthly gain/loss.
