ClubRunner Database Now Synchronizes with Rotary International
This feature tracks and reports membership data changes to Rotary International, so that clubs and districts can minimize duplicate data entry.
As member changes are made on the ClubRunner database, a log is generated of all changes along with their details. This log tracks changes made by district and club members via the District website, as well as changes made via the clubs' ClubRunner websites. Notifications are then generated and can be sent to Rotary International for changes to appear in the Member Access area of RI's website.
There are 4 types of data changes that are required to be reported to RI:
New Members
Member Terminations along with Reason for Termination
Member Change of Home Address
Member Name Changes
This welcome update will now drastically minimize the data entry required by club and district secretaries to Rotary International. For those clubs
whose districts are online with ClubRunner, reporting of member changes need only be done in one place (the club website) but affects both the District
database and Rotary International. Even those clubs for whom only the District is on ClubRunner can enjoy a single point of data entry for updating both the
District and Rotary International.
ClubRunner is the leading software provider for Rotary clubs and districts worldwide.
