REGISTER HERE: ASSEMBLY REGISTRATION (NOTE to DISTRICT OFFICERS, AGs - select Pay by Check when registering)
Join your fellow Rotarian in the beautiful mountains of Southwestern Montana for the 2012 District Assembly. We will be meeting at the Luccock Park Camp about 17 miles south of Livingston. This is a great place to continue on to Yellowstone National Park after or before the Assembly.
Registration opens at 4:00 PM on Friday, August 10th; dinner starts at 6:00 PM. The Assembly will conclude at 4:00 PM on Saturday.
You have TWO REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
1. For $100, Stay at the Camp in a cabin and enjoy three meals - there are a variety of cabins at the camp. Most have two floors and multiple although not totally private rooms with multiple beds/bunks in each area. There are two bath houses, one on each side of the camp. You must bring your own sleeping bag, and personal items.
2. Arrange for your own accommodations, pay $80.00 for registration/meals and enjoy the scenic drive to the camp - Chico Hot Springs has a variety of room costs and Livingston has a number of motels (including Super 8, Comfort Inn, Best Western). From either direction, it is about a 17 mile drive to the camp. We recommend car pooling and enjoy sharing the ride with fellow Rotarians. OR, if you have a camper or trailer, there is a US Forest Service Campground a short walk from Luccock Park. The road is paved to the Camp/campground.
Spouses, Guests, Students - Registration/Meals is only $50.00 per person.

A very limited number of spaces are available at Luccock for campers/trailers. There is an electric hookup but no sewer or water.
