Our newly forming Rotaract Club will volunteer this Saturday at the Snowflake Shuffle for Tri-Cities Family Services!

Interested in volunteering? Email rotaractinaction@gmail.com

We're confirmed for our first service project this Saturday, Dec. 3 2011, 6-11:30AM at the Mill Creek Club House (near Kaneville and Fabian).

"Yes, its a REALLY early morning- and I don't expect many of our service projects to start this early-- but I hope you can join usand we can start on a strong foot for the community!" - Ellen Miller

This Saturday, 3 December we will be volunteering for the Snowflake Shuffle in Geneva. The Tri-Cities Family Services, anon-profit mental health organization, is sponsoring a 5k run/walk. Starting at the Mill Creek Club (near Kaneville and Fabyan), this is a fun family event. As volunteers, we will be assisting with logistical details on the course and cheering on theathletes. Knowing that early birds get all the good worms, the coordinator asked that we be there around 6am. The event will be finished by 11:30 though, so it leaves much of the day open (for napping or more holiday shopping!).

The coordinator mentioned the more the merrier so feel free to share! More details that you can share with your friends!
